We collect what we need to shoot your listing and deliver your media. Nothing gets sold, ever. Here is the whole story.
What we collect
- When you book: your name, email, phone number and the property address, through Acuity Scheduling.
- When you pay: payment details go directly to the payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
- When you browse: basic site analytics like pages visited, device type and general location. No names attached.
How we use it
To schedule and shoot your appointment, deliver your media, send booking confirmations and reminders, and answer your questions. That is the whole list.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for. We do not share your information with anyone except the services below that make the business run.
Services we rely on
- Squarespace hosts this website.
- Acuity Scheduling handles booking and appointment emails.
- Show & Tour hosts your delivery pages and media.
- Google Analytics gives us anonymous site statistics.
Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes.
Listing photos
Media from shoots may appear in our portfolio and marketing, the same way it appears in the samples on this site. If you would like a property removed, email us and we will take it down.
Your choices
Virginia residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email brian@brightpeakproductions.com and we will handle it, usually the same day.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
