What texts are for

If you book a shoot with BPP (Bright Peak Productions), we may text you about your booking, your shoot day, and when your photos or video are ready. That is the whole list.

Texts come from 571-586-9919 and cover only your own booked shoot: booking confirmations, reminders, running-late notices, questions about gate codes and lockboxes, and a note when your photos are ready. No marketing texts, ever.

How you sign up

You opt in on our online booking form, which is hosted by Acuity Scheduling. Start at brightpeakproductions.com/book and click Book a Shoot, which opens our booking calendar at app.acuityscheduling.com. Pick your shoot and a time, then enter your details. Below the name, phone and email fields there is a section called Text messages with a checkbox that reads "Yes, text me about my shoot at the mobile number above." It is never ticked for you, and your booking goes through whether you tick it or not. That checkbox is the only way onto this list. Giving us your number by itself does not sign you up. By ticking the box, you consent to receive text messages about your shoot from BPP at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.

The disclosure printed above the checkbox reads: "Tick the box below to let Bright Peak Productions text you at the mobile number above about this shoot: booking confirmations, reminders, running-late notices, questions about gate codes and lockboxes, and a note when your photos are ready. No marketing texts, ever. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call 571-586-9919."

Message frequency

Varies by project. Usually a handful of texts around your shoot and delivery, not an ongoing stream.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. We never charge you to text.

Opt out

Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or email brian@brightpeakproductions.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
